Back in one of my old trades, reading. :)

Got 8 juicy books from the district library this afternoon. ^_^
I heaved a sigh of relief after seizing this row of heavy thick books out of the edifice.
Why not? Finally I have something to sustain my unceasing crave for stories, words and knowledge.
I seriously don't know why I get so devoted to reading.
It had became something I needed to do almost everyday since I was young.
When I eat, before I sleep, everytime.
It wasn't tedious for me, in fact, it was an absolutely enjoyable thing to sink my teeth into the words and let my mind imagined the characters, the scene and basically played out the whole story. :)

It had been quite awful not to read anything after I came back from Shanghai due to the poor collection of books in my house.
I only collect music books you see.
All the books I read before came from libraries and of course, my bestie's, Yingz's house. :)))

Thanks to Zhen for lending me HALO. :) A pretty nice story about centaurs and ancient Greek, though I was quite disappointed with the ending.

Back To Old School. :)

Ying, Yue & I went to our secondary school, SMKSI2 to get our SPM certs around 8.30 this morning.

It felt so strange, walking into a place we were once so familiar with, but yet becoming outsiders who invaded the place.
Ppl fed us with stares and mumbles, it wasn't nice I tell you. :(

We planned to visit our teachers, but unfortunately they were all teaching by the time we reached since the assembly was just over. We could see students flocking back to classes and staring at us while we walked towards the staffroom. Lol.

I was planning to pay my form 5 friends a visit, but as I glanced up Block D, no one was in sight, evidently everyone was already having class. :((( Hmm.. Maybe next time. :)

Waited for Zhen to fetch Ying and I at Yue's house! ^_^ There was this really adorable dog. Hehehe...
