Chatted with one of my friends (anonymous) and this is his/her point of view, quite impressive:
"for those who would break up if lost contact or being away from each other for a period of time one lah, they're loving themselves, not the other mate.
they would decide to break up cause being apart from each other doesn't bring them the pleasure of 'pat tuo' anymore
no pleasure to him/her, therefore break up = loving oneself only
if you truly love your him/her, you'd constantly be caring towards him/her, having him/her as one of the priorities in your life
like you won't be ignorant towards your siblings or parents when you're away from them
yup, that's more or less about it."
