Pink Of Health. :)

I'm reading some medical books lately. I do think it's a vital act though, coz I can learn more about how to maintain my health and share the info with my family and friends.

There're too much information nowadays, and I totally agree with the saying here.

"Wisdom and knowledge should improve simultaneously. If knowledge grows but wisdom does not, calamity awaits."

If you don't get it, I'll explain. :)
Wisdom is the ability to utilize/apply our knowledge and experience with common sense and insight. It is also the power to analyze what you have learn.

Knowledge, on the contrary, is the information we get/learn from books, internet or any kind of media.

So here's the catch. Knowledge needs Wisdom to analyze them into the Right or Wrong categories. If you just accept Knowledge(whatever you've learned) blindly without pondering whether it's right, something bad might happen to you.



:) So my friends, do not accept everything you read or being told blindly, instead, think logically.

Haha... Since I've read something today. :) Hope it helps!

So there're 3 fundamental factors that cause illnesses.
1) Acid
  • Acid here refers to acid in our body. It is induced by too much intake of acidic-producing food. Imagine all our cells, tissues and lymph nodes immersing in an acidic surrounding, we'll definitely get sick easily. What should we do is that we have to balance the alkaline and acidic food intake to maintain our health. :)

2) Deficiency

  • It refers to the certain substance that is missing in the process of our body functions, if it is missing for too long, our body will get weaker and the organs will fail to function properly. Sometimes people go to clinic and ask: "So what's missing in my body?" Doctor may tell you, "You need more vitamins" or "You need more exercises" He follows what the doctor says, but his body still cannot regain its optimum state. The best way to recover the missing substance is to take care of your living habits such as time of sleep, intake of water and a balance diet. That is the only way to get a permanently healthy body. :)

3) Stress

  • Stress is caused by the uncomfortable feeling of being controlled or restrained by something, that you cannot make the decision yourself and you cannot do anything about it. You may think that stress is just something emotional, and will not affect your body. I'm sorry to tell you that, stress is a major factor in inducing cancer and mental illnesses since it will affect cell growth and lower our body defense system. Therefore, we should learn how to release our hard feelings, throw away the rocks that are piling heavily on our hearts, and learn how to have a tranquil mind when you're facing stresses.
