KL Day (Part 1)

Went KL on 10th August 2011 to watch AYO (Asian Youth Orchestra)’s concert!

Took the 7.45am bus and reached KL around 10.50am! Soooo fast! =DDD

First stop we went was Petaling Street (茨厂街), because we heard the government gonna close down the whole thing soon! =((((

I was pretty hungry then and tried out the famous porridge! Really yummy!!!

Waiting for the monorail to go to Bukit Bintang! =DD Our next stop was Sungai Wang!

With Joey the emo boy! =DD

19

The weather was soooo hot man. Both of us needed to drink water!

20

Joey & Yong Wei! =DDD

21

We walked for hours in Sungai Wang and Joey ended up buying a Domo-kun for his secret someone. LOL LOL.

We waited until the rain stopped and continued to Pavilion!

Had our lunch there at the basement food court.

22

My braised beef noodle! Tasted different from the one I had in Shanghai!

23

Joey was kinda felt cheated after he ordered this Iced Milo Dino. XD

23a

It costed RM 5 and it was actually just a usual Milo drink added more Milo powder on top! Joey said at first he thought it would be more special as there was an extra “DINO” word at the back of the ICED MILO. LOL.

34

35

We got tired and sleepy after walking so much! So we went to the Taiwanese dessert shop Yong Wei recommended – SNOWFLAKE!

We were given this Beeping UFO thingy after ordering. Quite high tech har. LOL.

38

It’ll start vibrating and flashing when our dessert is done and we can go collect at the collection counter!

39

Btw a really funny incident happened there. I ordered the hot dessert and Yong Wei ordered the cold one. We were given the liberty to choose our toppings.

So when Yong Wei collected the dessert, he went away to answer his phone. I gestured at the desserts and asked him “Is this mine?”, he mouthed YES.

Then I thought both the desserts are mine! I figured the left one should be the topping and should be mixed together with the right one!

36

Took a pic before eating. LOL.

37

Then… I mixed both the hot and cold together! =.=!!!!

Joey thought it should be eaten that way too! LOL. He even helped me to pour the hot one into the cold bowl..

The mixture became like this… with lotsa bubbles.

The thing is it’s still yummy! XD

When Yong Wei came back after answering his phone, which was already like 5 minutes I started eating. He was SHOCKED.

“HEY, why you eat my share??!”

And I was like, “Eh? What?”

Then he said, “The cold one is mine lahhh. Cannot mix together one!”

T___________T ARHHHH only then I realised. LOL!!!!! So I paid him for his share for him to buy a new one again! LOL.

When we finished the desserts and stood up to leave. Suddenly a guy from the next table pulled at my sleeve.

He said, “Miss, can I ask you a question? How old are you? Are you 13 or 15?

I almost laughed. “No! I’m already 20!”

He said, “Really? I thought you’re still in high school! So can I ask you out for a drink or something next time?”

So I told him I’m not from there and in the end he asked for my phone number or Faceboon and I gave him Facebook.

LOL. Yong Wei actually took a picture of the whole incident while I was talking to the guy! =.=’’’

The night before we left for KL!

A huge huge HUGE token of gratitude extended to dear Yong Wei and his family for the super awesome cordial reception!! =))))))

Thank you Yong Wei for lending me your room for 2 days! =DDDD Very comfy!!

Yong Wei brought Yie Chia and I out to yum cha. ^_^ We finally decided upon Superb cafe (The Ex Station One). Lol Lol.

It served Baba Nyonya cuisine mostly and best part of it was there were 2 really good singers singing there, strumming on the guitar! =))) I was really surprised because they sang so well!! You guys should really go if you’re residing in Kuantan!
