Wedding Fiddlers. :)

Got a call from Wan Lu yesterday, giving me an opportunity to play duet at a wedding with her. :D
Can earn money and at the same time enjoying myself, why not? :DDD Ahaha.. That's one thing I love about music. ^^ Teehee!

The wedding was held at a 5-star hotel - SOFITEL at Pudong area. We needed to sit in the LRT for 1 hour to get there. OMG my violin case was so heavy my shoulder felt like breaking into two. So shitty. T.T

The moment we arrived, I found myself looking at a super tall building, about 50 floors at least? We changed into our concert attires and were immediately ushered to the 4th floor. There were 3 wedding ceremonies going on at the same time, the 4th floor, 2nd floor and Basement 1. Another 2 violinists were playing at the 2nd floor. ^^

We played for an hour, with 15 minutes break in the middle. There were photographers snapping our pictures and oso some guys coming over and asked us this and that.

There was a man who asked for our namecards, and when we told him we didn't have any, he asked for our phone numbers, claiming that he got some violin works for us. So in the end, Wan Lu gave him her number, though she didn't tell him her real name. Haha. Better be careful than sorry!




We took pictures during the 15 minutes break. Haha...

Phew! We were finally done around 6.30pm. Super exhausted. Took pics at the pretty elevator area. :D Ehhh. Just realised I looked so long. HAHA.

This was another violinist who played at the 2nd floor! Her partner was a guy from our conservatory but I didn't take his pic. Haha.

We took another 1 hour to get back to Huaihai Road. T.T My arms were so sore carrying all the stuff. Wan Lu suggested to take pics at the streets. Haha. So here goes! See I carried 3 things. Like over 10 kg! OMG! T.T

We were both starving, and my stomach rumbled like thunder. I could almost sense gastritis attacking! O.O We immediately headed to Babela's Kitchen for dinner! TOTALLY FAMISHED.

My order! Curry chicken risotto with cheese! Tasted yummy and looked really fat, but I definitely needed the cholesterol! :D

Kitty The Toe-Biter.

Kitties seem to flood the hostel area this semester.
As much as I could recalled, there were just dogs around the neighbourhood, but this time, 2 kitties patrolled around my hostel gate everyday!

And mind you, these kitties have style!
Usually the kitties in Malaysia will try to duck or run away when you walk towards them right?
These 2 kitties aren't the same.
I walk towards them, they STOMP towards me with a fierce determination in their eyes!
Omg quite scary. Ahaha.



And you know what? This kitty try to eat my toes this morning! As well as Miki's! I guess it's really starving. Or maybe that's its way to make friends?

This morning I didn't just walk away when it marched towards me. Coz I wanted to see what it would do. And it headed right towards my feet and bite! LOL!!!
I guess I'm a huge piece of meat for it. XD

Miki came out from the hostel right after me and I immediately said, "Miki, watch out! It bites!"
Haha.. but Miki the cat lover just laughed and the kitty turned and stomped towards her, its new victim.
It headed right towards her toes too, and bit!
Ahaha... Both of us laughed. XDD

Had Wantan for breakfast! ^^ Miki even bought a Pao for the kitty, but sadly the kitten was no where in sight when we got back to the hostel. Maybe next time then. :))

I wasn't feeling well the whole day. Probably caught cold the other night.

The weather in the morning and afternoon was just like Malaysia, maybe not as hot, but at night it was so windy that it caught me unanticipated. T.T Now my head felt so heavy, my nose was running and my eyes puffy. :(

Had lunch with Jiun Hui, Tar and Miki at Fusion! :DDD Malaysian food yayyy! :D

Kawaii Miki! She thought I was snapping Tar's pic, actually I was sneaking a shot on her! Ahaha. Cute! Miki had a very low tolerance for spicy food. Pity her, she couldn't eat the Curry chicken and the sambal fish. So we urged her to eat more Taofu and Taoge. XD

I slipped into the state of comatose once my head touched the pillow. Ate the super bitter (yuck!) medicine for runny nose. :((( Went out for dinner with Wan Lu and Miki around 5pm after purchasing a duet book. Slept right after dinner as well.

Now feeling slightly better. :) Anticipating the coming event. ^^
