For One More Day by Mitch Albom ♥

Dis book is about Mother's love towards a child and things we face in life.
I got a hollow feeling in my heart after I finished it.
Try to think that How Many Times You Did Not Stood Up For Ur Mum and How Many Times Ur Mum Had Stood Up For You. You might get a big surprise!

Here's a note from Charley's mum, Posey Benetto to him on his wedding day.

"To my Charley on his wedding day,

I know u think these notes are silly. I have watched you scrunch your face over the years when I give them to you. But understand that sometimes I want to tell you something and I want to get it just right. Putting it down on paper helps me do that. I wish I had been a better writer. I wish I had gone to college. If I had, I think I would have studied English and maybe my vocabulary would have improved. So many times I feel I am using th esame words over and over, like a woman wearing the same dress everyday. So boring!

What I want to say to you, Charley, is you are marrying a wonderful girl. I think of Catherine in many ways like I think of Roberta. Like a daughter. She is sweet and patient. You should be the same with her, Charley.

Here is what you are going to find out about marriage: you have to work at it together. And you have to love three things. You have to love

1) Each other.
2) Your children (When you have some! Hint! Hint!)
3) Your marriage.
What I mean by that last one is, there may be times that you fight, and sometimes you and Catherine won't even like each other. But those are the times you have to love your marriage. It's like a third party. Look at your wedding photos. Look at any memories you've made. And if you believe in those memories, they will pull you back together.
I'm very proud of you today, Charley. I'm putting this in your tuxedo pocket because I know how you lose things.
I love you every day!
Mom"

The book teaches you how to appreciate the ones you loved.
Recollect the times you turned your parents down when they asked you for dinner.
There's no use to regret things when they are gone forever.

owh, hell. The hollow feeling comes back again. :(

Skirt ♥

I used to be a tomboyish girl.
I detested skirts as they were totally unconvenient for me.
I wanna run, I wanna jump, I wanna squat down, I wanna do lots of rough things.
The soundest thing to do is TO WEAR PANTS!
I got quite a lot of pants, short ones, long ones, 3-quarter ones.

Skirt? Ugh, only 1, which I try not to wear.
My mum nagged me all the time, imperiling me that she would not buy me any skirts for me since I just dump them aside.
I was like, "Okayyyy, watever~" XD
Haha, and that always piss her off. *Sowwie mum*

The queer thing is, I began to like skirts when I turned 17.
Yea yea, just RECENTLY. XD
Dun ask me why, I dunno it too.
I guess I am not desirable to act hoydenish anymore. ^^

Memoirs of A Kindergarten Assistant. ^@^

No, it's not memoirs.
My mind was wandering in the plots of the "Memoirs Of The Geisha" at the moment, so I typed the silly-dilly title out unconciously. :DD But still, I kinda like it.
This post was meant to explain MY DAILY ROUTINE in the kindergarten. :)
Every morning, I get there around 7.15am and my mom would occupy me with things like these:

Write the dates into ALL the books. This is definitely vital. We informed all the kids that they CAN ONLY DO the pages with DATES. Too bad there were 3 of them who finished up the whole 5 pages that were NOT REQUESTED already. :'(
That means they will have nothing to do in the class when others are busy with the work.
AND, that means MORE NOISE, MORE CHATS, and MORE TROUBLES. :(

Paste the pre-photostated alphabet papers into the books. There are 2 BM exercise books. One for ACEGIKMOQSUWY, and another one for BDFHJLNPRTVXZ.
There are about 200 books. Imagine how I get it done. =.=

Here are the kids! They are super adorable. I managed to steal time snapping their pictures when they were absorbed in doing they works. ;P

At times, the kids need motivation.
Here is when my collection of cute stuffs play their role. :))
I gave out 200 stickers on the 2nd day.
Today, I gave out 26 endearing small cards of kittens and puppies!
The kids have to read out the Suku Kata accurately to get them.
[Of coz dat's a lie, I'll need to give the cards to them no matter what happens to prevent a riot!]

I can tell you, this is a fantabulous motivation!
The kids locked their eyes on the Suku Kata board and read as loud as they could until my mom needed to say, "Soften your voice pls!" XD

Okay, so that's roughly it! ^^ I the kids!
