It was my first mooncake festival away from home. :(
The worst thing is, there's no Tang Lung at all! T.T I asked my friends about it, and they were all like, Tang Lung was something just for kid for god sake.
Where are their childhood MAN. *roll eyes* LOL.
I was pretty emo at first but was soon cheered up when Huang Tian, a Chinese Flute player from Kedah asked us out for a Malaysian gathering night.
It was to assemble all the Malaysians who were studying in the conservatory. Guess wat? There were only 5 of us! XDD
We met at a girl's house. Her name was Ding and this was her 5th year in the conservatory as she studied singing. ^^ She's half Portugal, from JB and extremely friendly. She was super good in cooking and she made us Sambal Petai Prawn, Curry Chicken, Tom Yam soup and lots of goodies. :DDDDD We felt like we were at home!!!
Then we chatted for hours and ate mooncakes and stuff. She taught us about lots of things that we have to take care while staying in Shanghai.
The gathering was a really great thing. It felt awesome speaking Malaysian accent Chinese freely with people. XDDD
Peeps, I miss all of you! ^^
