Hang Zhou Trip ( Part 2)

Get Ready To Embrace The Nature. :)

Let’s follow me to continue my journey in Hang Zhou! =DD It was turning evening and the sun was setting. I always think the sunlight during sunset is the most beautiful ever!

On our way to Yue Miao(岳庙), which in this case is 纪念岳飞的庙。=)) Some really beautiful pictures taken on the way!

The stairway leading up to the temple. We didn’t know how high it gonna be, we just keep walking upwards!

IMG_8278_副本

The really awesome hut I loved! It emanated some sort of aura, don’t you think? It was sooo special! And there were some lavender-look-alike flowers beside it too!

IMG_8280_副本

There should be a statue but kinda washed away as the years passed.

IMG_8297_副本

Continued going upwards.

IMG_8307_副本

Almost there! Pictures with the Tower! It’s not the temple yet though, it’s called Ren He Ta (仁和塔), a tower in the middle of our journey to Yue Miao.

IMG_8324_副本

Hahaha.. Ignore my stupid face. XD

IMG_8325_副本

At first sight, this tower had the European feel. Isn’t it? XD

IMG_8331_副本

T________T I’m afraid of the height.

IMG_8339_副本

Stunned when I climbed up the rock and looked down. OMG SO HIGH!

IMG_8347_副本

The very top of the building makes it looks more Chinese! =) Washing away its European mode.

IMG_8353_副本

More rocks to climb.

IMG_8373_副本

Look at the ppl climbing the mountain. The guy on the left was soooo courageous, look! He was climbing the steep rock with bare hands! O.O!!!

IMG_8392_副本

Finally going down!! Look at how steep it was! My boots wasn’t equipped enough for mountain climbing. T.T It was too soft and slippery, so it was a treacherous trip going down!

IMG_8395_副本

I had to go down here. O.O

IMG_8399_副本

Fine, I’ll do it this way, the safest! LOL!

This is the “gate” of the temple! Though weird thing is we couldn’t see any temple at all. O.O Just this gate thingy. Hmmmmm.

Btw I declare this the best shot of the day! It’s like a beautiful out-of-the-world scenery inside a photo frame!

Going back. Saw this interesting woman selling the Mister Potato spec which you can blow and had moustache like the pic below! XD

IMG_8473_副本

When she isn’t blowing it, no moustache. LOL. “Miss, do you wanna buy one?”

IMG_8474_副本

My whole body is soooo sore now, but I felt so fully charged and energetic! This trip is truly awesome and I felt myself pulled closer to Mother Nature once again! =))))))

Hang Zhou Trip (Part 1)

Went Hang Zhou with Miki 2 days ago!

Woke up around 4.30am to get ready and departed for the train station around 5.30am!

The narrow alleyway behind our hostel. =) Quite a cool effect right? Blurred in the middle but not on the sides! I seriously didn’t know how it could become like this! XDD

IMG_8177_副本

At Hong Qiao Train Station!

IMG_8180_副本

Very spacious and clean train station, me likey!! =) Hang Zhou train station isn’t this nice. =(((

IMG_8181_副本

IMG_8187

We reached around 8.37am! Too sleepy for words! Didn’t dare to fall asleep on the way because we were worried that we might miss our station! LOL!

Grabbed 2 mochas from Starbucks to keep ourselves awake and also this yummy Strawberry yogurt!

Our first destination is the famous Xi Hu! (西湖)A must-go place in Hang Zhou!! =DDDDDD

DSC07520

We were excited to find boats there!! Hmm. Very comfy boats with padded seats and a boatman rowing the boat for us!

IMG_8191

IMG_8193_副本

Look at the swirls on the water! Sooooo pretty right! =))))))

IMG_8208_副本

The boatman. He was really cheery and talkative. =))

IMG_8209_副本

The awesome water fountain! =))

IMG_8220_副本

This was the kind of boat we took! =)))

IMG_8224_副本

Spring is here!!! Beautiful blossoms everywhere!

IMG_8229_副本

Had our lunch at Zhi Wei Guan (知味观), a very famous restaurant nearby Xi Hu. =))) We decided to try out the well-known local cuisine!

I gues you guys should know this right? Dong Po Rou! 东坡肉~~ Just a very small piece but I think it’s WAYYY enough coz it’s soooo fat. =.= Anyway the taste is great. =))

DSC07530

虾爆鳝背~ Fried Eel with shrimps. Really hearts this one! =D  The sauce is sweet btw. We could only try out 2 dishes coz we were too full! XD

DSC07531

We went back to Xi Hu again after lunch.

And…… we spotted SELF-ROWING boats!!! Only RMB 15 PER PERSON OMG!!! We were like T___________T when we saw these coz the previous boat with the boatman costed us RMB 160.

Super T____________________________T Right!!!

IMG_8234_副本

Boat-rowing was definitely an energy-consuming-fat-burning-muscle-training exercise. LOL. We rowed so hard and it only moved a little. Anywayyyyy, we got better and better when we discovered how to manipulate the direction the boat heading and stuff! =DDDD

I’m totally confident that I can row a boat myself next time when I see one! =DDDD *Burst with pride*

IMG_8241_副本

It was noon that time. The sun was soooo bright!!

IMG_8248_副本

Feeling all drained up after rowing the boat for 2 and a half hours. Yes, we took freaking 2 and a half hours to get back to the shore!!!!!!!! It was definitely not an easy task! And the funniest thing we discovered there was a lot of ppl got mad and threw their tempers on the boat, looking sulky and gloomy coz it seemed like no matter how hard they row, they could never get back to the shore! LOL!!!!

It was like they paid to have fun, but in the end turning up sulky! XDDD

More beautiful sceneries! Spring is in the air, I can smell it! =DD

It was already almost 3pm and we had to catch the train around 7.30pm, so we gonna rush to another destination! =D Stopped by this Tea House to try out the super famous Xi Hu Long Jing. (西湖龙井)

IMG_8258_副本

All the teas there were really expensive, but we decided to have a try, since it was like sooo super famous. A glass was RMB 60. =.=’’’

Me checking the pics in my camera. =D

IMG_8259_副本

IMG_8261_副本

This little glass of tea costed me freaking RMB60. =.= For me, it tasted just like normal tea, no difference at all. SWT. Anyway, it was still a good memory! At least we tried it out once! =) Better than nothing right? XD

IMG_8266_副本

Alright! Have to continue this Hang Zhou Trip in the next post! Coz too much pictures!! =DDDDDD Stay tuned for the 2nd part!!!
