Arabian Spell.

Went to the World Expo yesterday with Tar & Jiun Hui. :D

*GAWD DAMN IT, it took me hours to upload all the pics. Ugh.*

I'll keep the long story short. So there'll just be pictures and captions! :)

Lunch at a lil Mexican eatery.
It was opened for half a month and the restaurant was so tiny I wouldn't notice it if I didn't see the little advertisement board hanging outside. XD

However, nvr judge a book by its cover. :D
The meal was tasty. Seriously.

This was Tar's. :D

Jiun Hui & I ordered this. :)
The reddish stuff was the red-bean pulp. :DD
It tasted great and there were lots of foreigners coming here to take away for lunch.

Pretty miss Jiun Hui.
There were lots more pics of her but I just put mine afterwards or else it would be a super duper long post. XD

For more pics, click HERE.

Owh yea, you've to add me to view my pics. XD

Me. Tar was right behind me.
And that was one of the foreigners who was ordering. XD

We got to the expo area around 2 something.
Got the tickets for RMB100 per person. :)
Quite cheap coz we brought our student pass along. ^^

The section we went in was Section A, the Asian section with the China Pavilion.

Since China Pavilion was too popular, we checked out other pavilions there, and most of them are the Arab emirates. :)

Started with the Sultanate of Oman.

It was really beautiful inside.

Took pic with this funny Arabian. :D

Next stop, Israel Pavilion. :D

It was the country for Jewish, and they were brilliant ppl.
We watched a video about Israel in this really cool room with a big blue ball ascending slowly and created the explode effect. Lol.

There was a cute little tv thing in front of every 2 ppl right in front of their seats.

One of the scenes in the video. Einstein! :D

The Sri Lanka Pavilion.

Didn't go in though. Haha. Maybe next time. XD

Nepal Pavilion!!!
This one was awesome awesome awesome!

I wondered how did the baby got in there. XDDD
MUMMY GET ME OUT!!

The really cool thing on the top of the Nepal pavilion.

Beautiful bell thingy.

WUUUU LOTSA CASH! XD
I could see money from all over the world inside. XDD

We climbed up to the top of the Pavilion and I really liked this. :)

Delightful stuff scattered around. :))) Oohhh.

Republic of Korea.

Didn't get in as well, coz we were too intoxicated by the Japan Pavilion beside it. Haha.
Next time next time. :)

Japan Pavilion!!!
We queued up for 2 hours to get in.
And the sky was already dark when we got out. XD

Photography was prohibited inside Japan Pavilion, probably because they didn't want us to waste our time snapping away in it, coz there were performances waiting for us to watch in the pavilion.

Anyway, some quick snaps. :D

On the way up the escalator...

I really want to slow down to take a better look at these.
Tick tock tick tock..

Lil pink female robot saying Hi to us. XD

Violin performance by the super cute robot!!! XD

Turkmenistan Pavilion.

Nothing much to see in here. XD

I love this pavilion!!!
The Kingdom of Morocco!!!

It was like a super huge mansion, a gorgeous one.

Intricate patterns..

Significance of wealth.

Duhhhh hahahaa.. imitating~

OMG THE DOOR. :D

Arabian designs are just sooooo stunningly amazing.

Qatar Pavilion.
I've never heard of this country before. O.o
Lol, I guess just like a lot of ppl nvr heard of Malaysia. XD

At the "lobby area" where ppl get the stamp/imprints of the country for their expo passports. :D
There was this passport sold in the expo area, specifically for the expo you know?
:) You can get the stamps from the countries after you visit the pavilions.
See how much you can collect! :DDDD

Qatar was famous for its sea activities and careers.

China Pavilion at night.
It was just crowded anytime. x.x

Pakistan Pavilion.

I found this super cool. :D
Can you see what I see?
It's an image created with light and air.

Can't wait for the next trip to the expo, and next time it shall be the Europe section. :D
