After a month of waiting, finally!
I was seriously nervous.
My mum called the uncle who would teach me and he promised to fetch me around 2pm.
[He was famous for being terribly late and forgetful. x.x]
So it was 2pm. I was fidgety and waiting nervously in my living room, in collared tee and jeans.
Smiling. Really looking forward to it.
It was 2.30pm. No Uncle in sight.
I called him.
Uncle : Who is this?
Me : I'm Wen Xi.
Uncle : Huh? Wat Wen Xi? Who are you?
Me : Zzzzzzz... I'm the daughter of blah blah blah.......
Uncle : Ooohhhh...
Me : When'll u fetch me?
Uncle : I'm teaching a student here... Err, 3pm, ok?
Me : 3pm, okay, 3PM. *emphasis*
Still smiling. He'll reach soon, I'll wait.
It was almost 4pm.
I called Uncle again.
Me : Where are you Uncle?
Uncle : Ooh, I am still teaching lar.. Later ok?
Me : What time?
Uncle : Errrr.... 5pm, okay?
Me : Zzzz... 5pm. OKAY. UNCLE REMEMBER TO FETCH ME AT 5PM LA!
Uncle : Okay okay!
Bored. Tired. Sleepy. Feverish. No more excited feelings.
It was 5.40pm.
Me : UNCLE WHERE ARE YOU? I TOT YOU SAID 5PM??
Uncle : I'm coming, coming!
Boom! So pissed off by waiting. Grrr.. but dun dare to say anything to Uncle, juz in case he holds grudges. XD
Uncle reached about 6.15pm.
Driving lesson today? Erhh, quite okay for a beginner I guess.
Just dat Uncle kept on saying, "Why so easy you oso cannot do?"
Uncle, I'm not genius in dis kinda thing la, be more patient okay?
I had wait for u for 4 hours today, u tahan me sekejap boleh la... XD
Super tired.
