The Red House. :)

Miki read about The Red House in her Chinese textbook and asked me to go to the place with her. :)
You guys must be wondering why she got so interested. Lol. Coz the Red House was the first recording studio in Shanghai, though it had been changed into a restaurant now, but there were still some recording machines and tapes there. :) An authentic heritage building.

It was located in Xu Jia Hui Park. We sipped Happy Lemon while strolling around looking for the Red House. :)
Just in case you dunno, Happy Lemon is the biggest rival of Coco in Shanghai! Both are very popular drinks!

A very warm reminder! So cute! Translation: Little grasses are resting, please do not disturb. :DDD

Finally we found it!! :DDD

The weather was pretty awesome today. :) We could just go out wearing a jacket. :)

Some recording machine?

:) Read it.

Since Miki & I didn't have lunch yet. We decided to eat there. And it was COSTLY. =.='''
Anyway, we enjoyed the ambience there and we had the whole place for ourselves! :DDD YAY!! Guess it's too expensive so only some rich ppl will go eat there. XD We just saw another 2 group of ppl eating in another dining hall. :)

Very very beautiful interior!

^_^ my darling roommate~ :D

The fresh breads from the oven!

Okay, some infos on this restaurant.

Taking silly pictures while waiting for the food to arrive.

The appetizer. Don't ask me the name. I didn't memorize it. XDD Hmm.. It tasted quite okay, though I don't like the onion taste in it. :((( Miki hated onions so she practically nvr touch this appetizer at all. LOL.

The main course! ;D THIS is YUMMY. :)

Such a cute mini carrot! :DD

The Earl Grey tea. ekhem.

Dessert! Cheese foam with blueberry fillings underneath! :D Loving it!

Did I manage to protray the miserable mood here? :DDD Just want to see if anyone can be miserable in such lovely place!

Owhhh yumm. I love the dessert!

I always love vintage wall!!!

After the exquisite lunch, we went up to the 3rd floor to see the tape collections. :) There was this breathtaking chandelier.

Very very very very very old tapes.

The first pop-song tape in China, EVER.

One of the top violin professors in my conservatory! She's now in her 80s or 90s but still teaching! She was the first person who played the Butterfly Lover concerto! :D

In the huge awesome washroom. aha~

I love chandeliers though they remind me of The Phantom of The Opera. x.x

Stopped by Jing An temple for some snacks! ^_^ Miki bought 2 packets of Pocky and got a free Pocky-shaped balloon! :DDD

I got this crazy idea when I reached hostel.
Pocky fastened on my head! :D ahahahaa... Ayeen hun commented in FB, she thought it was a huge hairclip! OMG! Ahahahahaaa!!!

Accidently poked the balloon with my hairpin in the process of securing it on my head using my hair. LOL. I was like "owh shit" when I heard the "sshhhhh" (leaking of gas). XDDDD

Such a fun day! Did some recording with Miki just now. :) Really really exhausted and falling sick. :'(
Anyway Miki was a real darling. She bought porridge for me and snacks as well. She was adamant that I should not pay her back. She said it was her treat.
T.T so Gam Dong. T.T
LOVE YOU!! :DDDDDD
Gonna go drama-ing now. Ciao~
