Fire Lecture. :)

All the international students staying in the dormitory were asked to gather at the groud floor this afternoon for a lecture on the important safety measures needed to be taken during a fire.

There were some officers from the safety department of our conservatory coming over to demonstrate. :)
Together with them were some fire extinguishers and the fire mattresses. These were to be added up in our rooms afterwards.

I found the steps extremely useful so I took pictures to share with you guys as well! ^^

The man in white shirt is the leader of the safety department. He showed us how to use the fire extinguisher correctly. The one he used to demonstrate has carbon dioxide in it btw. There are a lot of different types of extinguishers so check before you use.
So here is the right way:
You need to pull out the metal key-shaped thing, and focus the extinguisher on the fire... and press the handle! :D

Reminder: DO NOT SAVE THE GAS. PRESS IT HARD AND DON'T RELEASE UNTIL THERE ISN'T ANY GAS LEFT.

The officer asked for volunteers and Hirai was the first. XD Everyone applauded after he made a successful demonstration. Lol!

Xing Xing was the 2nd volunteer! :DDD She did a great job! ^^ Btw the extinguisher gave out such noise I had to close my ears with my palms. =.='''

The next one! The fire mattress! It isn't flammable, so it's very useful to cover yourself during escape. You can cover up the fire source too, either to extinguish it, or if the fire is too big, at least it can delay the spreading of the fire while you have time to run and get the fire extinguisher!

It is this big after you spread it out. :)

You can cover yourself up like this. Note that you have to cover your head as well, or else your hair will be all on fire even if you manage to escape! LOL!

Besides, it will be better if you cover your face with a wet towel to prevent getting burnt.

He showed us how to cover up the fire, but REMEMBER better don't try to press down on the fire using your own hands just in case you get burnt. You can use your shoes to stamp on it or if the fire is too big, go get a fire extinguisher instead. :D

And here's the rope! OMG SCARY.. T.T These ropes are prepared for the students staying at the 3rd floor or above, just in case the front gate was blocked by fire, we'll have to escape through the window. O.o!!!

Tie an end of the rope to any big thing such as bed pillar, post or anything heavier than yourself la. LOL.
Then tie yourself using the other end of the rope. Tadaa~ Slowly lower yourself down afterwards.

I must say this step is pretty scary. x.x

The very lively officer. Haha.

I was asked to demonstrate for the fire mattress and tried out the fire extinguisher too. XDD The officer kept on calling me out to demonstrate. T.T He thought that I was a Japanese. XD Lol. Do I look like one?

Anyway I really enjoyed the lecture, and I learnt a lot! I hope you guys feel the same too! :)

Had a sumptuous dinner at a Hong Kong restaurant! Credits to Kate and Paulina for bringing us there! A major find. Perfecto! :D

The food I ordered: BBQ pork rice! :D
You know the most ridiculous thing? The waitress actually told us not to take pictures of the food. What is that? I mean, come on, we pay for it, and we gonna eat it down. Plus there is no recipe written on the food, what's wrong with taking pictures of them? Duh~

Lol.. Everyone felt indignant and ignored her. Teehee! Anyway I was too busy eating so just got this picture laaaaa. :) Will take more next time! Lalala~~~

:D Renovate renovate renovate! :D

Yeappie!

Omg I love my piano-accompanying teacher! :DDD
She's like the nicest teacher ever!
I got a packet 3 in 1 Hai Peng coffee for her today and we ended up chatting for an hour before going for lunch together at school canteen. ^^
She treats me like I'm her own daughter and listens to every craps I say. T.T 感动~~
I love her! ^^

Tried out the violet cons I bought yesterday. ^^ It makes me look sorta dolly, don't you think? The colour isn't that obvious coz it's a very dark violet, but the pattern is Scottish! :D Just if you notice. ^^

With the bow hairclip I bought at a very cute lil shop weeks ago with Miki! :D

Muka hyper I. :D

Tidier brow and dolly eyes! Aha! Makes me look more like a kid. Apa ni. XDD I'm the Expression Girl. Lalala! ^^

Holidays coming!!!! ^^ Planning a huge renovation for my room together with Miki! :DDD Can't wait! :DDDDD

Rainy Day + Browy Day.

On a date with Xing Zhu for the whole morning until afternoon. :)
She brought me to Parkson and I experienced the super painful eyebrow shaping at Benefit's Browbar using the beeswax. XD
But I like the end result though. Much more tidier! Aha!

Then we went next to the spec city, or that's what Xing Zhu called it, coz there were hundreds of shops selling specs at the same area. O.o
She wanted to buy some contact lens and also add the lens for her spec frame.

I ended up buying contact lenses too! :D Super cheap and pretty! ^^

On the way back at the lrt station. Outside was raining cats and dogs. Super tired!

Dropped onto my bed when I got home and went to sleep immediately. XD So very exhausted. :)

Crazy Girls Back In Action.

:D Haha.. miss me, ppl?
I feel good to be back too. The stress is killing me. :(

Not going to post as much long picture-filled posts as before, maybe just sometimes. :D

Say hi to Xing Zhu! ^^ My China besties a.k.a the Expression Queen. Teehee.
I love her thick fringe! Look super cute on her.

My camera tak boleh tahan her cuteness. hahaha~ went blur. XD

Sayang her~ :DDDD

She insisted to stay behind me coz she said her face's too big. LOL.

Very short post eh~ :D My posts will be mainly this way from now on. Teehee.
I'll only write long posts when I have free time. ^^
So now.. next post! :D

Ehem.

:) Ahaks. Due to a lot of requests to continue my blogging, I guess I'll carry on writing.

*wink* Yingz, no nid to feel at loss ady. Teehee..

Though I won't be updating as often as before, but I guess it'll be fun and stress-releasing!
So readers, thanks for reading! ^^

And shit, I hate the tension. :'( It's killing me sometime. I NEED TO WORK HARDER!

Bye Bye Blog. :)

Hey ppl, I'm going to quit blogging. :)

It consumes too much of my time and yes, health as well, coz I always stay up late to wait for the pics to upload.
I need the time to do a lot more important things right now.

Maybe I'll blog again someday in the future, but not sure when. I've decided to focus on my violin and studies now. It's a huge pressure to me nobody can understand.

So yea, I gonna miss writing and sharing here.

I'll only update on my FB I guess. :D
Ciao ppl!

:DDDDDDDD

Okay la. Let's talk about something happy! :D
I gonna use all the smileys in this post. Hahaha! XDDDDDDDD

Let me see... I will eat lots of sweet stuff 2mr! Ice cream or cake. And I'll work hard on my violin, and this time, let my fingers bleed. LOL! ^_____________^
What else? I will figure things out.
Maybe walk for the whole day alone in Shanghai! That gonna take my mind off things. :) Coz I'll be too worried about my safety to care about anything else. The traffic in Shanghai is scary! And all the drivers are all professional F1 speed drivers! They never follow the traffic light btw. XDDD

And Miki'll be so dead, coz I'll talk to her all day about all kinds of crap until she gets tired of me. :DDD

I just want you to know I'm fine. And I WILL be fine.

My way to release my pain is to act the other way. :D I'll look even more happier than usual, and be more chatty, and smile more! ^____^

Sometimes I hope there'll be time difference between Malaysia and China, coz nobody's online now! Hmph~~~

I have to force myself to off now! Or else my teacher will get furious with me tomorrow. I owe him scales and Paganini!

HELL, I HATE thirds, sixths, octaves and tenths. They're killing my fingers.

Good night! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

The Floor is Creaking.

I can't stand it anymore, so I get out of bed and online at such ungodly hour.
Very shitty, my room's floor creaks and squeaks every time I walk, sorry Miki if I wake you up, pls continue sleeping.

I've always avoid being emotional in my blog, coz it's never my diary, just my journal. So you can just see the carefree and laugh-all-day me here.
There's a lot of ppl who ask me, "Will you ever be sad? Coz you're so happy all the time!"
Well, I just smile. I'm a human being, what do you think?

One thing about writing about your feelings in the blog is a way to release yourself, but it doesn't really work for me. Nobody can really understand what I feel except myself. All they read and see in the blog are just words for them, emo words, literally.

Shit, my eyes are so red and swollen now, the eye mask I have applied this morning is soooo totally wasted. Aha.
I just realise if I don't use smileys at all in a post, then I'm really NOT FEELING OKAY.
I've always been a smiley-queen. Right, Ebby?

I don't even feel like telling anyone about it, coz I know deep down, nobody can truly emphatize it.
I, for once, want to deal with it alone.
I'm a big girl now, don't I?

I'm not going to die even if I feel like dying, right? So I will cope with it, it's not the matter of can or cannot, I just have to, for me or anyone.
I, for once, don't want anyone to care for me, I'll stand on my own two feet and get through this.
Khor Wen Xi, you can do it!

ps: Yes, I can do it.

I will keep smiling, so don't worry about me. :)

My fingers hurt. :DDDD

Coz I practised whole day today! ^^
Let it hurt let it hurt. ^^

But seriously I feel so energised after being so productive today. Haha!
Bought this cute spec frame at the roadside vendor after dinner. Very cheap and look good! :DDD

Finally back from school. Tired, but wanna show off my funny spec! Teehee! Hello, I'm Mister Potato. :)

Not going to type much, coz I'm too drowsy. :)
It was an awfully eventful day. Just planned to go to the Insect Museum but ended up going to 3 places in a day.

Had lunch with friends at Hanako's.
Here's the pretty Yurina from Osaka! :D She's 23 this year. Love her smile! ^^ Veryyyy veryyyyy cute girl. :)

Went back to hostel to change right after lunch and took off to Lu Jia Zui around 2pm plus by taking the subway. There were 6 of us, Guys: Hirai, Lawrence, Tar; Girls: Ellen, Miki & me.

This is the most beautiful butterfly in the world - Morpho Cypris. Click to enlarge.

Came out of the museum around 4pm something. Nothing much to see inside actually, except for a lot of different tortoises, snakes and reptiles. Nothing much cute stuff so I didn't take pics of them. HAHA! I'm so biased. XD

Reflection in the windows...

Stopped by at the mall to get some drinks. There was a Thai thing outside the mall, quite pretty! ^^

We walked for another 5 minutes and reached Bin Jiang Da Dao! :D Awesome view there. Miki and Ellen were so hyper! ^^

Some drawings by the roadside artist. OMG. :D

The artist drew spontaneously! :D

Thanks Lawrence for taking these awesome pics! He had practiced photography before, that's why he was good at it. :)

The guys who didn't really like to take pics of themselves. L to R: Lawrence, Hirai, Tar.

My camera again. :)

It was getting kinda warm so we decided to get some ice cream from Mc D! :D I got the strawberry topping and Miki got her Pineapple's. :)

There's the Mc D booth behind. :D

My face when I see FOOD or SWEET STUFF. :D Owh yes.

It was just 5 something and everybody still felt reckless and adventurous. So we continued our day to Tian Zi Fang. :D They loved the place tremendously! :DDD

Super envy Lawrence's camera. It's Sony too btw. So I take back what I said about Sony camera sucks. Just MY Sony camera sucks. Sob. :'(

This foreign toddler had a pair of mesmerizing large eyes! His dad played with him when Lawrence snapped this. Father's love for the son!

I...... don't know what am I doing. Pardon me...

There are always surprises in Tian Zi Fang! :D You can always see cuteness EVERYWHERE!

Computer Aided Painting and the painter. Not really sure how it works. O.o

Looks very much like a real photograph itself.

Love the stairs! :DDD

I want a collection of dolls and toys. Like this. :)

Amazing design of a fan. All the famous buildings in Shanghai! Can you see? :DDD It was RMB1200 or RMB1600. I forgot. O.o!!!

I NEED SLEEP. OYASUMI~ :D
